Five months from operation for my first new knee I have just had the second knee replaced. Brilliant! The whole procedure went very well, as did the first operation. Second scar, seven weeks after the op, is barely visible. Walking normally, back at the gym four days a week and swimming. Almost ready to start kicking my husband!

Comprehensive explanation of the procedure together with the benefits and possible complications of the operation given in understandable terms. I have had two replacement knees, 10 months apart, both successful. It is essential to follow all the post operative instructions you are given. He is very personable.

I was in serious need of a complete hip replacement and consulted Mr Kalairajah who had been highly recommended to me. I was pleased by the friendly way that the visit went with a lot of information about how the surgery would be done and the recovery managed for the best results. I am happy to say that all went well and I am back to a pain free situation and walking properly again. Thank you Mr Kalairajah for a superb operation and excellent continuing care. I damaged my knee and needed to use the service's of Mr Yegappan Kalairajah, I could not of selected a better consultant. From the 1st visit he listened to my concerns and put me at ease he could of easily said I needed surgery but didn't. If I was in the same situation again I would gladly use Mr Yegappan Kalairajah again and would recommend him to anyone who needed a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon.
